The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) announced the introduction of 50 per cent Canadian program content requirements for radio and television. Some have decried the effectiveness of these content requirements in creating or fostering a distinctly Canadian culture, especially with the advent of the Internet. But if anyone speaks ill of The Littlest Hobo, we’re going to have a problem.
